I didn't realize OBS released a stronger version. Does one pay extra?

I'll also mention Restream.IO can stream simultaneously to YouTube, Twitch, and similar services.

It's not an obs product. OBS is open source. Streamlabs have taken the codebase and built stuff on top. As far as I'm aware it's still free.
